About Abstud Platform
Abstud is a cloud-based CRM and education management platform used by education consultants, coaching institutes, and study abroad organizations to manage student inquiries, applications, documents, appointments, and communication workflows.
The platform helps organizations streamline operations through lead management, student lifecycle tracking, document storage, workflow automation, and Google Workspace integrations.
This portal is used exclusively by Abstud team members to manage student records, visa documentation, coaching sessions, and internal operations. It is not a public-facing student application.

- Google Drive: Securely upload, organize, and manage student documents and visa application files in team members' Google Drive.
- Google Calendar & Meet: Schedule and manage student consultancy sessions and coaching classes directly from the portal.
Google data access & usage
Abstud requests access to specific Google services to enable core functionality for team members. Below is a full explanation of what data is accessed, why it is needed, and how it is used.
Google Drive
drive, drive.fileWe request access to your Google Drive so that team members can upload, organize, and retrieve student documents — such as passport copies, transcripts, offer letters, and visa application files — directly from within the portal.
Google Calendar & Meet
calendar.eventsWe request access to your Google Calendar to create, schedule, and manage consultancy appointments and coaching class sessions. Google Meet links are automatically generated for virtual sessions.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Abstud's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use Google Workspace data for AI model training, advertising, user profiling, or data resale purposes. Google user data is used solely to provide and improve the core features described above.
